4. Mining Rewards

Mining rewards are distributed daily based on the performance of our mining operations. Rewards are calculated based on network difficulty, block rewards, and your allocated hashpower. NexHash does not guarantee specific returns, as mining profitability depends on various factors including Bitcoin price, network difficulty, and mining pool performance.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are final. Refunds are only available in accordance with our refund policy. Contract purchases are non-refundable except in cases of service failure or breach of contract by NexHash.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexHash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Modifications to Terms

NexHash reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
